We do a great job mixing up our training but with that comes sore, tight muscles. This simple conditioning tool helps to relieve tension, increase blood flow, enhance flexibility and help prevent injury.
Plenty of us have them but don't really know what to do or what the potential benefits are. This 30 to 40 minute class will focus on proper technique over several different muscle groups.
